An easy way to trade gold without trading the gold futures is using the SPDR Gold Trust (Ticker:GLD):
When the futures rallied 100 bucks, GLD went up $11.
At the very least, I think it will trade $303.
Check out the Apr28 expiration, it seems the cheapest to me.

IBM is up over five bucks this week. I think it will still hit $246.40.
