XLE Breakout?

It looks to me like the Energy Select Sector (Ticker: XLE) may be on a breakout to the upside:

It has closed two days now above my red resistance line.

It is possible Friday’s candle could be a doji, which could call for a pullback.

Watch tomorrow for XLE to trade higher than Thursday and Friday’s highs before jumping in on the long side. 

I think it could trade back up to $83 and possibly $89.

The Crude Oil futures have also held my support line, but are coming up against some resistance:

Great volume has traded the last couple of positive days.

That is another bullish signal.

We will see what happens tomorrow.
