Hi Shoppers,

General Motors (Ticker: GM) has had a really nice rally since Dec. 28, when it traded a low of $32.52:

Thursday’s candle has formed a shooting star, which can be an indicator of the end of a rally and a change in trend.

Friday, GM traded lower, providing a confirmation.

Looking at the options, I like the Feb. 24 41 puts:

I think GM can trade down to its 50 day moving average at $37.50.

Trade Review
Wells Fargo (Ticker: WFC) traded lower on Friday and I still think it can trade down to $46.25 and $44.

Thanks for Reading … See You Next Tuesday,
