Hi Shoppers,
I know I last wrote about Occidental Petroleum (Ticker: OXY) rallying.
I did say to wait for the bullish confirmation, which we really didn’t get on Friday.
OXY was up around $.60 intraday but closed up $.07.
After reviewing the crude futures chart, I do believe OXY is going to rally from here.
When it does, I will be a buyer of calls expiration on Jan19:
I like the 57.50 calls. Implied volatility may be a tad high here, but watch for these to come down as the stock rallies.
