Happy Mother’s Day to all of you Moms out there.

It’s our day to be waited on and do whatever we want, right?

It is very sweet to see our family members taking special care to be extra nice today.

And for the kids to be “available” to hang out with you a bit.

It is amazing how much things change but they are actually still the same.

My teenage son doesn’t realize his parents were teenagers once, too.

Just as I didn’t think my parents had a clue.

My mom likes to remind me.

Enjoy your day however you like … and give yourself a break because it ain’t easy being a parent … but worth every minute.

Working the Phones

On Friday, I recommended buying calls in AT&T (Ticker: T) with the stipulation of watching the overall market, also.

We all know how the overall market did, but let’s look at the T chart:

T is respecting that mini trend line and creating a bull flag.

I still think it can trade up to $23 and I am still watching those 20 calls, but I think I will be a buyer of the May 20’s instead of the May 13s. You can get the extra week for about a dime.

Just watch for T to hold that upsloping trendline.
