Last Monday’s action in Tesla (Ticker: TSLA) created a bearish engulfing change in trend candle:
I would wait for the stock to close below $332 and then I think it will trade down to $310.
Looking at the options, I like the Dec13 expiration:
I like the 330/310/290 put butterfly for around $4.50.
Use a close above $332.50 as your stop loss.
