An OXY Doji?

BY LICIA LESLIE

December 8, 2023

Hi Shoppers,

Occidental Petroleum (Ticker: OXY) has just gotten pounded.

After making a double top, the stock has traded down from $66.95 to $55.84 yesterday:

The last five dollars of the eleven dollar selloff took place over the last six trading sessions.

There is support here as the stock bounced from this level in March, May and June:

Yesterday’s action formed a candle that could turn out to be a doji signaling a change in this downtrend.

Of course we need to get that confirmation today with the stock trading higher before hopping into any calls.

Trade Review

Apple (TIcker: AAPL) is still looking bullish. Next stop $197.

Thanks for Reading …

See You Next Tuesday,
