An Interesting Chart

Hi Shoppers,

I have spotted a very interesting chart in Oracle (Ticker: ORCL).

It has had a pretty steady rally since October and really ramped up around its earnings report.

It has since pulled back.

Now it’s in a place where, I think, it needs to make the decision to trade higher or lower.

Check it out:

That’s a breakaway gap, which is a support area, and ORCL has traded down to that gap.

Friday’s action did create an inverted hammer, possibly signaling a change in this down trend.

We need more information.

Will the stock bounce from here or continue lower to close that gap before continuing higher?

Watch tomorrow’s opening and give it a chance to trade for at least an hour, then either hop into those calls or the puts.

Use that $114 area as your stop loss.

Trade Review

Walmart (Ticker: WMT) puts were a home run.

Bitcoin (Ticker: BTCUSD), I would say is still in that consolidation mode.
