A Couple Things …

Hi Shoppers,

Check out the bullish chart in Cameco Corp (TIcker: CCJ):

The stock has cleared the 50-day and now the 200-day moving average.

There will be some resistance at those previous highs on the way up, but I am thinking CCJ can trade back up to $31.

Looking at the calls, I like going out to the Jan.27 expiration, which gives this one time to run:

The Jan. 27 25.50 calls are a fair value.

You have an automatic stop loss area in the 200 DMA providing support (the pink line), which comes in at $24.84.

The earnings report is due out on Feb. 8

Trade Review
I last wrote that Advanced Micro Devices (Ticker: AMD) and Intel (Ticker: INTC) were ripe for a rally.

AMD shot up right out of the gate gapping open over $2.00 and trading up $5.00 at its high. It is now fighting with the resistance of the 50 DMA.

INTC traded up over a dollar. I still think it can trade up to $31 and possibly $35.

Thanks for Reading … See You Next Tuesday.
