GIS Ready to Bounce?

Hi Shoppers,

General Mills (Ticker: GIS) has just gotten hammered since mid May dropping from $90 to $74:

As you can see, it’s traded down to a major support level here.

Yesterday’s candle could possibly be signaling a change in this trend.

Here’s the close up:

As always, be sure to wait for the confirmation of GIS trading higher for at least an hour this morning.

If it does, check out the Aug18 75 calls for just over a dollar.

I think GIS can trade back to $76.40 and possibly $79.

 

Trade Review

I last called for the Invesco QQQ Trust (Ticker: QQQ) to rollover and trade lower. It did not happen. No trade was made.

This market has been very powerful to the upside. Continue to watch for that change in trend day. A pullback would be healthy.
