BP Breaking Out

Hi Shoppers,

I think crude has more room to run on the upside.

A lot of these energy stocks have already made their moves higher and are still looking bullish.

British Petroleum (Ticker: BP) is just now breaking out of its trading range with a nice doji created last Thursday:

It has also closed above the 50 day moving average.

I think BP will trade $37.50 and possibly close that gap to trade $39.

With this chart, I think it is safe to hop into calls this morning.

Check out the July 28th expiration.

Trade Review

Oracle (Ticker: ORCL) looks like it has decided to bounce off that $114 support level.

It is trading $115.75 this morning.

Looks like it will trade back up to $120 and possibly retest that recent high up at $127.
