Hi Shoppers,
Now I know we’ve had a really nice rally.
And the consensus seems to be we will not break through that $4300 level on the S&P 500.
My prediction is we bust right through that level and we trade on to $4500.
If you look at the charts starting with the E-mini S&P 500 Futures June contract:

It has been creating a bull flag off that very bullish candle created on June 2nd.
Here is my pitchfork for the S&P 500 (Ticker: SPX):

Now, I know that with the pitchfork, once the stock hits that upper resistance level it should roll over and trade lower.
I don’t think that is going to happen here.
That bullish flagging just looks too powerful to me.
I think we are headed to $4500.
Of course I could be wrong.
But I wouldn’t bet on it.
Trade Review
I was looking for a pullback in Apple (Ticker: AAPL). The stock did trade lower but reversed and actually took out the previous day’s high before closing near the lows of the day.
Yesterday’s candle is looking bullish to me here.
Thanks for Reading … See You Next Tuesday,
Licia Leslie
