NEM Looking Lower

Hi Shoppers,

Check out the chart in Newmont Mining (Ticker: NEM):

It has closed below both the 50 day moving average (yellow line) and the 200 day moving average (turquoise line).

I think it will trade down to that support level just above $41.

Looking at the puts, I like next week’s 45 puts:

Use the 200 day moving average coming in at $46.18 as your stop loss if the stock decides to flip and trade higher.

Trade Review

The Invesco QQQ Trust (Ticker: QQQ) has not rolled over, yet.

Perhaps it needs to trade $334, completing the cup and handle before it is ready for a pullback.

Keep watching for a change in trend candle and then shop for those Proshares Ultrapro QQQ 3x (Ticker: SQQQ) calls.
