Yellow Light Rally: SPX Needs 20-Day Breakout

⚠

Today's Signal

YELLOW LIGHT

Be leery of any rally until it clears resistance levels and closes above. Crude and yields are pulling back providing some relief for the market. The lean is still bearish.

Signal by Licia Leslie

GREEN: High probability of the market moving higher.
YELLOW TODAY: Be cautious when making a directional trade.
RED: High likelihood of the market dropping.

I am leery of any rally unless it clears the 20 day moving average. Today will most likely be an inside day unless we breach yesterday's lows. Keep your eye on crude and yields as they may have topped out yesterday for the time being.
