These are two soon-to-be-hot Bitcoin plays you might not have thought of

When Frank and I get together on Tuesday we are going to talk about Nuclear Energy, Oil and Drones. I had a killer 5400% win this week to wrest the yearly return crown from the Queen of the Candlesticks herself, Licia Leslie.

There is another sector that has been on the side for us but really for the average investor it was hard to trade. That sector is Bitcoin. As Frank noted, Gary Gensler the SEC chair has been cold to the Coin since the Government can’t control it as of yet. I remember students mining bitcoin for $100 a coin in 2012 and now it is 100k. Crazytown.

The exchanges are getting into the action in a bigger way. Mostly though I have participated in crypto buying up wallet stocks like Robinhood Markets Inc (Ticker: HOOD) and Block Inc (Ticker: SQ) and that has paid well using Option Fingerprints. The exchanges are upping their game big time to get rolling.

There are two of them that matter.

The CME Group (Ticker: CME) and Cboe Global Markets (Ticker: CBOE) are going for it

I own shares in both of these. Maybe part of that is when I sold my PCX seat 20 years ago they gave me cash instead of NYSE shares. I digress. CBOE is launching ODTE cash settled options that will be a crazy festival. CME trades the futures that fund the grown complexes of ETFs.

Both of these stocks have bounced since August.

Since they are not the biggest traders for options I tend to like longer term trades. Frank and I will pay a visit on Tuesday to them. Let’s see if we can take our 88% win rate to Coinland.
