SPY Closes Down 2%, the sky is ready to fall

We are approaching VIX Zone 4.

One of the strategies good traders use to know if they want to be an option buyer or an option seller is to check what level volatility is. For me, and for you as a Market Action reader, we use 3 key zones.

Zone 1 is the “Monk Zone” from 8.99 to 12.99

Zone 2 is from 13-17.99

Zone 3 is from 18-23.99

Zone 4 is the “Danger Zone” from 24 to 100!
