This was one of the wildest trading weeks we’ve seen all year. 

On Wednesday Fitch Ratings downgraded U.S. Credit — a downgrade has only ever happened ONCE before, back in 2011.

On Friday, VIX closed at a touch over 17 — higher than it has since the end of May…
