The One Thing Both Parties Agree On

Hey Income Traders,

Here’s an Election Day twist: Democrats and Republicans finally agree on something, and it’s datacenters.

Both sides want them to pay their own way. Across the biggest datacenter states, most governor candidates want developers covering their own grid costs, and many want the tax breaks and water use cut back. A few want a full pause.

That doesn’t kill the AI buildout. Most of 2027’s capacity is already rising out of the ground. What changes is the price tag, and the one real wildcard is Texas, where datacenter permits have been on hold since September.

Tomorrow morning, with the count in, I’ll walk through what the result does to that price tag on the last day of the Midterm Money Multiplier. It’s free, it starts at 10 AM ET, and you can still grab a seat.

A pricier buildout squeezes whoever’s writing the checks. The companies cashing them keep right on cashing them.

That’s the corner of the market I’m watching: the companies that build and fix the grid. One of them just rallied 24% off its recent low after a blowout quarter, and its order book is the biggest it’s ever been.

Tougher rules don’t hurt this group. Demand’s running ahead of supply, so customers are paying in advance to lock in the work. If datacenters have to fund their own grid upgrades, those dollars go straight to the builders. And an aging grid needs fixing whether any given datacenter gets approved or not, so the work doesn’t wait on politics.

Strong stories still come with big swings, and these names aren’t cheap. Defined risk lets you stay in a trade like this without getting shaken out on a bad day.

We’re covering the name, the setup, and how we’d structure it inside Turbo Income. If you want the bigger picture first, the names that get squeezed and the ones that don’t once Tuesday’s votes are counted, save your seat for tomorrow’s session.

Here for a good time… AND a long time,

Hans
