Yo Pit Crazies,
If you are tired of getting my Longshots Stocks you are in luck because there is only one more day. To be honest, as a list of names they have done very well over the last 4 months and turning an observational trading strategy into a product that will pass our CRT makes me happy and it should make my subscribers happy.
The stock below is the classic small to midcap stock that the strategy loves. Growth in a stock that the market forgets creates great opportunities for traders. It is easy for a stock to do what it has already done. Watching stocks move for 35 years has helped me figure this out. No one thought we would see the highs of the Dotcom Boom in the Invesco QQQ Trust (Ticker: QQQ) again but smartphones, social media and AI have left that in the dust. We have not even gotten started on AI yet as very few companies have monetized it.
The short answer is the growth potential is there. When option pricing meets opportunity I have an option trade and a new stock to ride.
This stock fits the bill right now. It is on my Flash 10 list but the opportunity is even better now.
Feed those dogs with Chewy Inc (Ticker: CHWY)
Note above the longer term IVs for CHWY are very low. That is where the opportunity to buy calls far outweighs buying the stock. It is very hard for cheap calls to decay quickly especially if they have a longer duration. I am still riding CHWY calls in my Option Fingerprint strategy as the institutional investor still loves CHWY.
