NVDA does not move the needle but DELL rips it

Yo Pit Crazies,

Running into the Labor Day Holiday Weekend, I cannot think of a better Labor Day present to yourself then Weekly Profit Cycles.  The Trade Record is here on a $1000 per trade and running around $4000 in total capital.  I put each and every trade on in the room every week.  Want to learn how to own SPY puts in an up market and make some dough, check it out here.

At one point this year Dell Computer Corp (Ticker: DELL) and Nvidia Corp (Ticker: NVDA) made googly eyes at each other and DELL went into the AI stratosphere.  DELL, unlike SuperMicro Computer Corp (Ticker: SMCI), does not have the potential accounting issues.  They just have the trusty stewardship of Michael Dell.  They also deliver on hardware sales growth.

6 month DELL Chart

I bought some DELL shares just after the Carry Bomb.  When the market does goofy things I have stocks on a list and just buy them.  Got some DELL in the mid-90s but after earnings things might get cheaper.

So what is this goofy looking chart?

Just 35 years of option trading experience getting uploaded to OPUniversity this weekend.

This is the OP Volatility Curve

I would expect DELL to be at the lower end of the volatility curve by midday Friday.  Around the TS which stands for Time Spread. That means time spreads should be priced better when IV is lower.  Any stock at any time could be a momentum trade using the VBS, Vol Buy/Sell sheet. My video on the OP curve goes up to OP University this weekend.

Everywhere on the Volatility Curve this is an ideal trade type for any underlying.

Whether the trade prices well is another story.  And for more on that i have videos in OP University.

It might make a Weekly Trade for me in the Trading Desk.  We shall see today.

To Your Trading Success,

AG
