Buy stock, buy to open DVN January 45-40 put spread, sell the Jan 55 call collect .25

Sell Nov 45 put buy Nov 52.5-57.5 call spread collect .20

If the stock dips below 47.30 we buy Dec01 50 call.

If the stock breaks over 50, we buy the Dec01 50 call.
